Set Up Email Notifications

Set an email recipient, test delivery, monitor the daily quota, and choose which trading events trigger email alerts.

Email notifications are a reliable way to track trading activity. Emails are sent through the ETP server, with a daily quota to prevent spam.

Setup:

  1. Enter an email address that you check regularly.
  2. Click Send Test Email.
  3. Check your inbox and the spam folder if nothing arrives.
  4. Once the test arrives, check Enable Email Notifications.

About the daily quota. Email sending has a daily limit. The quota resets at midnight UTC, your current usage is displayed in the settings, and the Refresh button updates the count. If you need more messages than the quota allows, use Telegram for high-frequency alerts. Reserve email for important events rather than every fill.

Choosing notifications. Select which events trigger emails: Order Filled/Rejected/Cancelled, Position Opened/Closed, Connection Status changes, and Errors. Be selective: every notification consumes quota.
